  1. Biography

Abdukunduzova Nazokat Usmonkulovna was born in 1975 in the Namangan region.

 

In 1992-1997 studied at the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies, specialization –  International economic relations.

The main functions of the Head of Public Relations and Media

  • Media-relations, maintaining and establishing new contacts with media representatives;
  • Preparation of official reports relating to the activities of the Ministry for the media;
  • Negotiating the participation of the Ministry representatives as guests and experts in television and radio programs;
  • Monitoring the release of reports regarding the activities of the Ministry in the media;

Biography

Khodjimatova Indira Dilshadjanovna was born in 1979 in Tashkent.

In 2000 she graduated from the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies with a bachelor's degree in regional studies (Japanese economics), in 2002 she graduated from the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies with a Master's degree in world economics and international economic relations.

She also graduated from the Maastricht School of Management (Netherlands) in 2006 with a Master's degree in business administration and in 2007 from the Higher School of Business under the Academy of State and Public Construction under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

From 2002 to 2019, she held various positions in the State Joint-Stock Foreign Trade Company under the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Since February 2019, she has been working at the Ministry of Innovation Development.


Duties and Responsibilities of Human Resource Manager:

 

  • Human resource manager has an overall responsibility for providing support in various human resource functions which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitor, employee relation, employee counseling, implementation and administration of human resource programme;  
  • Human resource manager has performance of key functions in terms of application of practical provisions of the personnel policy of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and has a direct participation in their development;

Biography

Igamberdiev Shukhrat Khislatillaevich was born on January 28, 1976 in the city of Tashkent. In 1993 he graduated from high school No 35 in Tashkent district.

In 1997, he graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy with a degree in International Law. From 1997 to present, he has worked in a number of government agencies.

He is married and has 3 children.

Ethnic Uzbek, non-party, has the special title of "Level 3 Counselor of Justice"  a career degree, speaks Russian, English, German and Tajik.

Responsibilities of the chief accountant - head of the department of accounting and reporting

  • Provides general management of the accounting department of the Ministry, distributes accounting duties among employees;

Rakhmatullaev Dilmurod Rakhmatullaevich was born on October 4, 1985 in Zaamin district of Jizzakh region.

Biography

Tulanov Akmal Abrorovich was born in 1986 in Karshi, Kashkadarya region in a family of servants, ethnic Uzbek. He is married and has three children. He graduated from the Karshi Institute of Engineering Economics in 2007 with a degree in Farm Management.

            In 2004-2008 years he started his career as a manager of the farm "Abror Abdumannon ogli", in 2008-2009 years he worked as a specialist in JSC "Kashkadaryodon", in 2009-2010 years he worked as a researcher at the Kashkadarya Grain Breeding Research Institute.

In 2010 he was admitted to the Tashkent State Agrarian University for a master's degree in "Selection and Seed Production" and in 2012 received a master's degree. In 2012 he started working as an intern researcher in the laboratory "Marker-based selection" of the Center for Genomics and Bioinformatics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In 2014 he was promoted to junior researcher, he is author of more than 15 scientific articles and He is the co-author of Ravnaq-1 and Ravnaq-2 cotton varieties created by marker-based selection method.

In 2015 year, he completed a one-year internship at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Cotton Genetics Laboratory in Labbok, Texas. From 2016 to 2018, he served as Deputy Director for General Affairs of the Center for Genomics and Bioinformatics. In January 2018 year, he was appointed to the position of Head of the Department of Affairs in the newly established Ministry of Innovation Development, where he still holds this position.

Kadirov Abduaziz Abdukhabirovich was born on August 27, 1984 in the city of Tashkent.

Has a higher education in banking.

From 2001 to 2005 he studied at the Tashkent Financial Institute.

2005-2007 - accountant-cashier, chief accountant, head of the financial and economic department of the Tashkent city branch of the youth public movement "Kamolot" of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

2007-2012 - inspector of the 1st category, leading inspector, chief inspector, deputy head of the Treasury department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

2012-2017 - Chief Controller-Auditor of the Department for Control over Budget Discipline of the Main Control and Auditing Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

2017-2018 - Director of UE "Toshyulovchitranskhizmat";

2018-2020 - Deputy Chairman of the Board for Financial Issues of Toshshahartranskhizmat JSC;

2020-2021 - Head of the Department of Internal Audit and Financial Control of the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Since April 27, 2021, he has headed the Internal Audit Service of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Of the Chief Information Security Specialist of the Information Technology Sector of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan

  1. General Provisions

1.1 This document defines the main duties, rights and responsibilities of the chief information security specialist in the information technology sector of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the Ministry).

1.2 The chief specialist of the sector is appointed from among the staff of the Ministry by order of the Minister of Innovative Development.

1.3 The chief specialist of the sector is appointed and dismissed by order of the Minister of Innovative Development.

1.4 During the absence of the chief specialist (business trip, vacation, illness, etc.) his duties are performed by a person appointed in the prescribed manner. This person acquires the corresponding rights and is responsible for the inadequate performance of the duties assigned to him.

1.5. A person with a higher education and work experience of at least 3 years is appointed to the position of chief specialist.

1.6 The chief specialist is guided by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan and resolutions of the Oliy Majlis, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Charter of the Ministry of Innovative Development, as well as this job instruction.

  1. Objectives and duties

The chief specialist performs the following duties:

2.1 Supervises the implementation of work on the integrated protection of information in the Ministry by ensuring the effective use of all available organizational and engineering measures in order to protect information constituting state secrets.

2.2 Participates in the development of information security policy and determining the prospects for the development of technical means of control, organizes the development and implementation of new technical, software and hardware protection tools that exclude or substantially impede unauthorized access to official information constituting a state or commercial secret.

2.3 Prepares proposals for inclusion in the plans and work programs of organizational and engineering measures to protect information systems.

2.4 Participates in the creation of secure information technologies that meet the requirements of comprehensive information protection.

2.5 Performs the full range of (including particularly complex) work related to the control and protection of information, based on the developed regulatory documents, programs and methodologies.

2.6 Organizes the collection and analysis of materials on possible channels of information leakage, including through technical channels, when conducting research and development necessary for the work to ensure the protection of information.

2.7 Provides coordination of organizational and technical measures, development of methodological and regulatory materials and the provision of necessary methodological assistance in information protection, assessment of technical and economic efficiency of proposed and implemented organizational and technical solutions.

2.8 Organizes the work on the collection and systematization of the necessary information about the objects to be protected, and protected information, provides methodological guidance and control over the work on the evaluation of the technical and economic level and the effectiveness of the information protection measures developed.

2.9 Promotes the dissemination of best practices and the introduction of modern organizational and technical measures, tools and methods of protecting information in order to increase its effectiveness.

2.10 Ensures control over compliance with the requirements of the Ministry’s information security policy, regulatory and technical documentation, compliance with the established work procedure, as well as the current legislation in deciding issues related to information security.

Yakubov Azizjon Tojiboevich was born in 1985 at  Surkhandarya region.

Higher education. Specialty – archivist, political scientist.
