Born in 1991 in Bekabad city, Tashkent region. Nationality - Uzbek.

 

Education

Higher education, specialist in mechanical engineering and mechatronics.

2015 – graduated from the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent.

2016 – studied as an exchange program student at University of Hohenheim (Germany).

2017 – graduated from the Turin Polytechnic University (Italy).

 

Labor activity

2014-2016 - Engineer of the Technopark of the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent.

2017-2017 - Engineer for new projects at the Technopark of the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent.

2017-2018 - Deputy General Director of the Agency for Science and Technology of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2018-2019 - Head of the Department for the Integration of Science, Education and Production of the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2019-2021- Deputy Minister of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 

In accordance with the Decree of theCabinet Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (No.:262  from May 3, 2021) Olimjon Alijonovich Tuychiev was appointed to the post of Director General of National Office for Implementation of Innovation and Technology Transfer under the Ministry of Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

 

Activities

The National Office for Innovation Implementation and Technology Transfer under the Ministry of Innovative Development was established in accordance with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 1, 2021 "On measures to further improve the state policy in the field of science and public administration in the field of innovative development."

Functions:

  1. Creation, introduction, reproduction and commercialization of the results of scientific activity, innovative products and services, including new devices, materials and technologies, based on the needs of the real sector of the economy and the social sphere;
  2. Active participation in the selection, evaluation and implementation of commercialized projects, attracting investment for their commercialization, organizing forums, international fairs and exhibitions;
  3. Development of consistent cooperation in the field of science and innovation with scientific, project construction and technological organizations and production organizations
  4. Provision of consulting services to the subjects of scientific activity on the use of intellectual property and know-how, the introduction of innovative products and technologies, the formation of research projects, financial and economic calculations and the use of marketing methods, as well as organization of training courses for specialists, including youth, to improve their knowledge and skills in various fields;
  5. Development of international cooperation in the commercialization and implementation of innovative ideas, projects and technologies, as well as assistance in the transfer and localization of technologies developed abroad.
